Processing times

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may extend to 3–4 business days.

Shipping methods & carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Available services and live rates are shown at checkout based on your address, item weight, and carrier reliability to your area.

Order tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping costs

  • Rates are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly labeled on the product page or cart.

Addresses & PO Boxes

  • We can ship to street addresses in the U.S. (and PO Boxes via USPS).

  • Please double-check your address; we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or missing items

  • If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

  • International options may be available at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated.
